Day 1 : Arrive in Zurich

 

Arrival to Zurich and use your Rail Pass to transfer from the Airport to the Zurich Train Station. Zurich is Switzerland's largest city, known for its vibrant cultural scene, historic Old Town, and picturesque location on the shores of Lake Zurich. It is a hub of finance and innovation, offering a mix of modern amenities and charming Swiss traditions. Day 2 : Discover Zurich

 

Take advantage of the numerous free activities with your Swiss Travel Pass in and around the surrounding region. Day 3 : Discover Zurich

Day 4 : Discover Zurich

Day 5 : Zurich to Lucerne

 

Today use your Swiss Travel Pass to travel the short distance from Zurich - Lucerne by SBB train. Lucerne, located in the heart of Switzerland, is a picturesque city famous for its well-preserved medieval architecture, stunning lakefront, and proximity to the Swiss Alps. The city's highlights include the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrucke), the Water Tower, and the Lion Monument. With its beautiful setting on Lake Lucerne and its rich history, Lucerne is a favorite destination for visitors exploring Switzerland.

The afternoon is at leisure, allowing you to explore the old town, or maybe take a short lake cruise. Day 6 : Experience Lucerne

Day 12: Uncovering Montreux

Day 13: Uncovering Montreux

 

The Montreux Riviera is, of course, famous for its wine, and so there are plenty of opportunities to wander around vineyards and experience wine tours. Day 14: Uncovering Montreux

 

Montreux also has its fair share of mountain excursions in proximity.
